Too Strange to be True? Tree Found Growing in Man's Lung in Russia - Classy colouR

A 28 years man who's belongs to Russia went to the doctor after coughing up blood and having chest pains. 

The doctors thought he had tumour and performed surgery to remove it, 

when they removed the "tumour" they found out it was actually a tree growing inside of him.

Which is FIR tree it is not a big tree but it's portion was growing inside of him.
